Renting A Brand New Property

Please ensure that you have contacted the respective electricity company to have the electricity connected in your name. There will be a fee involved with the initial connection of $23.00. If the amount is greater than this amount please contact your Property Manager.
2. Commissioning of Gas Ducted Heating
You will be required to have the ducted heating system commissioned within the first 2 weeks of your tenancy. This will be of no cost to you. Please contact your Property Manager to arrange a tradesperson.

Should your bins not have been delivered within 3-4 business days of moving in, please contact our office immediately.

Please ensure that great care is taken when using the new appliances, if you are unsure how to maintain or use the appliances please refer to the copy of appliance manuals. If it is discovered that the appliances are not working due to a tenant neglecting the appliance you will be required to pay the account.
