Step by Step Leasing Guide
Our leasing specialists are completely focused on finding you the best tenant in the shortest possible time. We do not hand out keys, but personally interview prospective tenants and accompany them to your property so we can present it at its very best.
Extensive screening checks are conducted on all prospective tenants and completed within 48 hours of the application being received. Tenancy, employment and personal references are provided by the applicant and are thoroughly checked. The information is then verified with a credit reference company (National Tenancies Database), which specialises in providing information regarding the Applicant’s credit history. We will then proceed with the leasing arrangements after consultation and approval is obtained by you as the owner.
