Ace your routine inspection

Most people will find themselves renting at one stage or another in their lives. Routine inspections are part of this process and can easily be a stress free experience as long as everyone is aware of what is required. Agents and landlords are required to give you 24 hours notice but in most cases you will have a week or so. Take this time to give the property the once over. Scrub the shower screens, make your oven sparkle, tidy up the garden, and declutter.
